Mr. Arthur (Business Manager)
Arthur has been an integral part of Dance Gallery since its conception in 1999. Arthur was responsible for developing a layout and remodeling plan for the Dance Gallery studios. At this point, we have no more space to grow into, but he is there maintaining the building along with the landlord (Gaspar Family - Interstate Office Products).
Today, Arthur's primary job is making sure his wife, Jackie Pederson-Kriens, is able to teach all of her classes without interruption. He is also the Business Director for the school which means he will be the one that helps you with registration and accounts.
Arthur graduated from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, LA with a BS in Construction. Fun fact...Arthur took a MODERN DANCE CLASS in college and he received an "A"...and he even had to LEAD a class warm up when the instructor had to leave the room. It turned out his dance teacher was married to his drafting teacher. Arthur's first experience with dance was Liturgical Dance in 1976 through First United Methodist Church in Sioux Falls. Although he feels that he has dance experience , he doesn't teach at Dance Gallery. He does whatever it takes to keep the teachers in the classroom.
Arthur said his favorite memories of Dance Gallery is listening to the laughter in the hallways!
