Music theater classes
This summer’s Musical Theatre Intensive will work on various excerpts from 4 different musicals with original Broadway choreography intermixed. Each student will get to experience musical theatre dancing (which is much more than step snaps) and get to focus on fine tuning performance quality while dancing. We are pleased to also offer a Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway feature of offering FILMED opportunities for participants go be able to add these videos to dance reels. Each class will have combinations filmed at the end and will be professionally edited and sent to them each week. Not only will it be an opportunity to grow as a performer, but it will be an educational opportunity for students to learn more from the classics of musical theatre. Lizzie is so excited to teach as she has either been in Broadway national tour callbacks for several of these shows, but has also taken classes from some of the choreographers and original dancers from these Broadway Musicals.
